The Audio

Composed using binaural and isochronic tone techniques — audio methods studied for decades in relaxation and meditation research. These approaches layer subtle rhythmic pulses and dual-tone frequencies beneath warm ambient textures, designed to accompany quiet reflection, meditation, or rest. No two people sit with silence the same way. What this offers is space — a place to breathe, to settle, to listen inward, to let the noise of the day fall away for a while. Some come to it for calm. Some come back to it for years, finding something a little different each time. Where it takes you is yours to find. Some call it rest. The Power Plate
